Document Imaging and Scanning

We handle a variety of paper types such as onion skin, stock card, ledger, Mylar and blueprints as well as green bar reports. We also have the resources necessary to provide high speed scanning (up to 20,000 pages per hour) in black and white or color, as well as provide light image scanning and document detection services (the removal of blank pages.) Our document scanning facility specializes in scanning images and forms utilizing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Optical Mark Recognition (OMR). Our access 24/7 to our highly trained programmers enables us to be both proactive and flexible to customer requests for scanning and imaging outside the standard.
Our file indexing will identify and search files using customized parameters required by you. We will capture, create, index and archive your files to a host of available formats. Available formats include over 250 types of images such as JPEG, TIFF or PDF, and PDF Searchable. Our software then permits us to link to these files for easy retrieval through a host of programs such as Alchemy, MS Word, and MS Excel and CSV format. This affords us the flexibility to customize your search arguments and maximize report generation.
