Case Studies
Government

For nearly 20 years, Coleman Data Solutions has provided both data entry and imaging services to a variety of government agencies. This downstream processing has been accomplished by converting paper-based claims information submitted by various medical services providers to a computer processible format.

Alternately, the paper claims have also been imaged and provided to government organizations for storage and retrieval of claims processing and adjudication workflow. Utilizing advanced software and employing both workflow and OCR technologies, Coleman Data Solutions has achieved additional processing efficiencies and servicing improvements.

Our organization is capable of processing high volumes; peak days average over 50,000 claims.

Over the years, information requirements and formats have changed for our partners. Data Solutions has always responded timely and accurately to both volumes and format changes, providing flexibility, innovation and determination to meet our client’s needs.

THE OHIO LOTTERY COMMISSION
Coleman Data Solutions has entered Ohio Lottery winners for almost 20 years!

The Ohio Lottery Commission was created in May 1973 by a voter-approved constitutional amendment. The first tickets went on sale in August 1974. Today, the Ohio Lottery Commission offers customers a wide variety of instant games and on-line games to play at about 8,500 licensed retailer locations across the state. In FY05, the Ohio Lottery added on another task: to administer and monitor charitable bingo licensing for the state.

Since 1974, the Lottery has provided more than $15 billion to public education. Annually, the Ohio Lottery provides about 4.5 percent of the funding needed for public education -- an effort shared by local, state and federal governments.

Each ticket entered by Coleman Data Solutions has been double keyed in order to insure a 99.9% accuracy or better to allow the Ohio Lottery to accurately and timely administer this program!  We are proud to have been selected to service The Ohio Lottery Commission.
