Multi-Residential Facility
The blueprints for each building located at this multi-resident facility were housed on rolls of blueprints inside a warehouse. It was time consuming and inefficient to search through a mountain of blueprints in the warehouse when a specific blueprint was requested. Each blueprint (including mylars) was transported to Coleman Data Solutions, identified, scanned and indexed. With a simple click of the cursor, the individual blueprint is available on screen and available for print in a multitude of sizes. There is no longer a hard copy storage and retrieval “nightmare”, multiple users are able to view at once and time is now managed more efficiently on conference calls.
