Medical and Prescription Coverage: Typically, full-time and part-time core employees may choose between preferred provider option (PPO) or an HMO option.

Dental:
We offer on volunteer bases two plans a Preventative and Basic and Major services.

Short-Term Disability: Short-Term disability insurance provides benefits to full-time and part-time core participants who become temporarily disabled and cannot work for a short period of time.

Company Paid Life Insurance: Provided to core full-time staff.

Optional Life Insurance: Available for core employees to purchase.

Health Care Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account: Eligible employees can contribute up to $5,000 per year in pre-tax dollars to help pay for eligible health care expenses.

Dependent Day Care Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account: Eligible employees can contribute up to $5,000 per year in pre-tax dollars to help pay for eligible dependent day care expenses.

Coleman Data Solutions Pension Plan: Coleman Data Solutions provides employees with a retirement plan. Once you they have met one year and 1,000 hours from your date of hire you are eligible to enroll into the pension plan. The pension amount equals five percent of your annual income.

403 (B): Core employees are eligible to participate in the 403 (B) pre-tax plan.

Tuition Reimbursement: This program provides financial assistance when eligible employees pursue a GED, undergraduate, or graduate degree. All “Core” employees are eligible for the tuition reimbursement program based on established criteria. Coleman Data Solutions will reimburse you based on a budget amount of money in scholarship fund.

Flexible Work Schedule: We operate our business on three shifts beginning Sunday night to Friday Midnight. We offer part-time, full-time and temporary employment to staff. Employees can work a minimum of 20 hours to 40 hours per week.

Coleman Wellness Solutions: Coleman Data Solutions provides you with four (4) FREE EAP services for you or your family members.

Wellness Reimbursement: Full-time core staff receives $100 reimbursement and part-time core staff receives a $50 reimbursement for wellness activity/ equipment that supports the body and mind.

Optical/Dental Reimbursement: All core staff receive $100 reimbursement for Dental or Vision out-of pocket expense paid.
