Our not-for-profit organization, Coleman Data Solutions, formerly known as Sage Computer Services, provides exactly what our name implies: solutions to all of your data entry, document conversion, data management and storage requirements. We are recognized for our expertise in ECM and have a first-class reputation for confidentiality, communication, accuracy, affordability and flexibility, as well as our commitment to our partner’s complete satisfaction.



Coleman Data Solutions is an enterprise of Coleman Professional Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs that improves the lives of individuals, families and businesses in Northeast Ohio. The company relies on an enterprise business model to diversify its funding. Coleman’s foundation and three enterprise companies produce more than 40 percent of the company’s funding for its award-winning programs.

Coleman Data Solutions offers disadvantaged individuals an opportunity to perform meaningful and skilled tasks, and in addition, supports their reintegration into society. We have received several awards of achievement including an Achievement Award by the State of Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission, the "Mayor’s Citation" in Canton, Ohio, "Large Employer of the Year Award" by the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission and the "Employer of the Year" award by Goodwill Rehabilitation Center.
